A University of Iowa graduate in mechanical engineering, he brings over 14 years of experience working within mechanical contracting environments, including more than 6 years of in-the-field experience and a completed plumbing apprenticeship. Kolton leads design projects from concept through completion, handling system design, code compliance, cost estimating, and BIM coordination while ensuring seamless collaboration between owners, contractors, and trade partners. He delivers practical, buildable solutions for industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.
